1. Registration, Accommodation and Tee Shirts shout be perfected urgently for logistics ease.
2. Conference Number is very important for every participant which you receive on payment.
3. Conference Registration starts by 10am on the 11th of October 2016.
4. Payments confirm accommodation reservations
5. Please come along with any form of genuine identification for security check.
6. Come along with sport wears for morning keep fit.
7. The last night shall be ALL WHITE of any design or culture.
8. Only steel cameras can be allowed during the conference activities. No movie or video cameras.
9. Feeding is optional as food vendors will be on hand to handle that.
10. For security reasons, every participant is to wear or hang his/her tag.
